The Edge: White Concrete Shaping a One-of-a-Kind Building

Construction moved forward steadily through September and October 2026. The exposed white concrete structure will be complete before year-end, with the full building finished by late 2027.

Progress you can see

At The Edge, the white concrete rises with the same precision with which the project was conceived. In September the slab above level one was completed: 230 m³ poured in a single day, under constant supervision and with testing that confirms, point by point, the project's quality standards.

What's next: the last major level and the rooftop

The pour for the last major level is scheduled for late October: another 230 m³ of concrete, roughly 28 truckloads. The rooftop follows in the first week of December.

With that final pour, the concrete structure will be complete before the end of the year. The building as a whole will be finished by the end of next year.

Exposed white concrete: The Edge's signature

At The Edge, white concrete isn't a cladding or a decorative choice. It is structure, material and finish all at once, and building with it demands precision and craftsmanship.

"Light, continuity, serenity and permanence."

We didn't choose white concrete for what it costs, but for what it lets us build.

Precision at every stage

Every stage follows rigorous execution, from planning and on-site checks to pouring and finishing the concrete. It's a material that leaves no room for improvisation: what you see in the end is exactly what was built.
