Costs are transparent and regulated: the fee is 3% + VAT on the transaction value, with no additional costs for the buyer.

Selling a property

We market the client’s property seriously and professionally, with a high-impact strategy.

How it works:

• We produce professional photography, video and, optionally, high-quality virtual tours.
• We advertise the property on the leading local and international platforms.
• We share it openly with our network of partner agencies across the region, without restrictions or professional rivalry.
• We manage viewings and connect the property directly with qualified buyers.

Fee: 3% + VAT on the sale price.

If you are looking to rent a property

We carry out a tailored search based on the client’s requirements and budget. We analyze the available options, arrange viewings of the properties that best match their needs and support the entire process through to the signing of the lease. We make sure the client has all the information needed to make an informed, confident decision.

Fee: equivalent to 1 month’s rent + VAT.

If you want to lease out your property

We offer a complete letting service: professional photography and video, preparation of all required documentation and promotion of the property on multiple local and international platforms. We manage viewings with prospective tenants, carefully screen candidates, check their references and support the entire administrative and contractual process through to the signing of the agreement.

Fee: equivalent to 1 month’s rent + VAT.
